 Chocolate covered pretzels are perfect for a St. Patrick's Day snack!

Chocolate covered pretzels are the perfect snack.  I love the combination of salty and sweet.  Apparently the kids do too because the batch that I made is GONE.

St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Covered Preztels

Ingredients

  • One bag 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • Pretzels
  • Green sprinkles
  • Wax paper or Silpat
  • Wooden skewer

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl according to the directions on the package
  2. Place a pretzel flat into the chocolate.
  3. Use a wooden skewer to remove the pretzel from the chocolate
  4. Let the excess chocolate drip off of the chocolate and into the bowl.
  5. Place the pretzels onto wax paper of a silpat
  6. Cover with green sprinkles

 Chocolate covered pretzels are perfect for a St. Patrick's Day snack!

This is an easy treat to make and perfect for a party, a playdate or an after school snack. Heck, hide ’em from the kids and keep them all to yourself! These are almost too pretty to eat. *ALMOST*
