Cucumber Lemonade Spritzer
This Cucumber Lemonade Spritzer is the perfect refreshing drink for a hot summer day.
When it’s hot out, all I want is a nice cold drink. I love a good lemonade and lately I’ve been experimenting with different flavors to add to lemonade. I never really thought of adding cucumber to a drink but cucumbers are not just for salads anymore, people. Cucumber adds just a hint of unique flavor to the lemonade.
Cucumber Lemonade Spritzer
Ingredients
- Lemonade homemade or store bought
- 3 or 4 slices a cucumber
- Club Soda
Instructions

Fill a mason jar about 3/4 of the way with lemonade

Add the cucumber slices

Top with club soda and ice
The key to getting the cucumber flavor in each sip is to let the drink sit for few minutes so the cucumber infuses into the lemonade. This is one of the most refreshing drinks I have had and it is so easy to make. How easy would it be to whip a big batch of this up for a party? It makes me want to plan a party just so I can serve it!
