I love making wreaths!  Most of the wreaths I make are quick and easy, like my Halloween Wreath that I shared last week.  To make your very own Glitter Burlap Fall Wreath you will need:

Sparkly mesh burlap (I found mine at Michaels)

Wooden letters (not shown)

Acrylic paint in yellow and orange

Yellow and orange glitter

Bakers twine

Wreath form (not shown). Styrofoam wreath forms work best.

Push pins/tacks

To make this wreath, take the sparkly mesh burlap and  attach it to the back of the wreath with push pins. Wrap it around your wreath form and attach the ends to the back of the wreath with push pins.

Paint the wooden letters with the acrylic paint. I chose yellow and orange but you can choose anything that matches your wreath. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle glitter on each letter. In order to save time and cut down on drying time, I only painted the front face of each letter. I did not worry about the sides.

String the letters together using bakers twine by creating a loop for each corner of the letters. Attach the ends of the twine to the back side of the wreath with push pins.

This wreath makes the perfect addition to any mantel or front door. I love the sparkle in the burlap mesh. It looks great with the glitter.
