My daughter graduated from kindergarten on Thursday. I’m so proud of how far she has come this year so I decided to do a little something special for her and threw her a Lemonade Party.

Here Comes the Sun: Lemonade Party

It was just our family, no friends so it was small and simple but perfect. I created a backdrop using my wall chalkboard and pink and yellow chalk. {Chalkboard tutorial coming soon!!} I used a pink chevron table runner and pink chevron straws from Pick Your Plum. I served lemonade themed treats. We had lemonade cupcakes, lemon cookies, lemonheads and lemon gummies And of course, lemonade.

This Lemonade Party was so easy and quick to put together. My daughter loved it and then we took her out to dinner to celebrate. Yes, we had dessert first!

  1. Very Cute party idea – makes me wish I had a little girl. My sons love to have a lemonade stand on the corner in the summer though. Last year they had a lot of fun doing that

  2. How cute! I bet your daughter loved it! I popped over from the facebook group–thanks so much for sharing!

  4. What a sweet idea! Love celebrating those special little moments! I’m sure she loved it. Your blog looks great, by the way!
