I have a sweet spot for sherbet.  Especially the raspberry, lime, orange mixed sherbet that comes in the big plastic tub.  I’m known to eat quite a lot of it it one sitting.  The colors remind me of a summery dress that I wore when I was about 6 years old.  Guess what I called that dress? My sherbet dress.  My love affair with sherbet goes way back!

So when Spring and Summer roll around each year, I crave the sweetness of sherbet.  When it’s the main flavor in a drink? Even better.

Sprite may be the most versatile drink.  You can add it to almost any beverage to give it a little kick, like this Yoda Soda I made for my son’s Star Wars Party.
