July 4th is so much fun, isn’t it?  I absolutely LOVE this holiday. But let’s be honest, there isn’t really any holiday that I DON’T like.  Any day that I get to celebrate and party is a good day.  And for this party, I’m making a Patriotic Fruit Pizza.
This Patriotic Fruit Pizza is delicious and festive! Easy to make with only 6 ingredients.
Have you ever had a fruit pizza?  I was introduced to this by my college roommate.  This was kind of her specialty and she would make it for every get together we had.

I made a version of this for my daughter’s Art Birthday but today I’m specifically using blueberries and strawberries for 4th of July.

Patriotic Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract clear
  • Sugar to taste
  • Strawberries sliced
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Roll out the cookie dough onto a 12" circular pizza pan
  2. Bake it according to the directions on the cookie dough package, let cool fully
  3. Beat cream cheese and vanilla together
  4. Add sugar 1 tsp at a time and mix well until it you get the cream cheese mixture to the level of sweetness that you like it.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture onto cookie dough
  6. Place blueberries and strawberries onto pizza
This fruit pizza is going to look so great at your 4th of July party! So festive and fun. And it tastes just as good as it looks!
