Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake - easy to make for breakfast and the perfect meal for Christmas morning! Sponsored by General Mills

What is your favorite Christmas morning memory?  For me it is driving around looking at Christmas lights and our Christmas Eve dinner with my mom’s homemamde spaghetti sauce. Now that I am a parent, I am focused on making Christmas traditions and memories for my kids, especially on Christmas morning. Most Christmas mornings consist of the kids waking us up at the crack of dawn and me stumbling to the couch with coffee cup in hand.  I love to have a delicious breakfast for everyone to sit down to but let’s be honest though, breakfast doesn’t come till most of the presents have been ripped open by the kids.  But when we do finally sit down to breakfast this year, this Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake is going to be front and center on the table.

You can make this the night before and just warm it up in the oven for a bit on Christmas morning, giving you more time to enjoy your family and less time in the kitchen on this special day. If you choose to make it ahead of time, do not add the icing until right before you serve it.
