Paper Clip Bookmarks
Today I’m SO excited to be at SNAP Conference in Salt Lake City surrounded by 500 other talented crafty bloggers learning, creating, and celebrating the friendships we’ve made because of blogging! And to celebrate with you, I teamed up with Abbey from The Cards We Drew and a large group of bloggers to create Crafts in a SNAP {15 Minute Craft Ideas} so that ANYONE, whether beginner or seasoned pro, can learn to create fun and handmade items in no time at all! Check out my tutorial for Paper Clip Bookmarks coming up, then scroll down below and be sure to check out some of what my blogging friends have to offer!! Have fun and get creative!
My 15-minute craft are these adorable Paper Clip Bookmarks! They are so easy to make and make a cute gift for any avid bookworm!
Here are the supplies that you’ll need:
Paper Clips
Flower Embellishments
Glue Gun
I purchased the paper clips a LONG time ago and cannot remember where I purchased them from. I believe they are called typewriter clips but if you cannot find any blank clips like the ones above, a plain metal paper clip will work too.
There is one step to this project. Hot glue the embellishment onto the paper clip. You can’t really get any easier than that, right? And I don’t think this craft really qualifies as a 15-minute craft. It’s more like 5 minutes. Maybe 15 if you count the time it takes for the glue gun to heat up!
I’ve given these bookmarks to my daughter. She is a reading fiend! She had a goal to read 100 books over her 3 week Spring Break and she met that goal at two weeks! Granted, she is only in the second grade and we’re not talking Harry Potter length books or anything but still! I wish I could find time to read like that!
Now check out more 15-minute crafts from some of my blogger friends!
