It’s smack-dab the middle of summer and the temperature is going up up up. My preferred way to cool off is with frozen treats. I made this delicious Strawberry Sorbet the other day. 3 ingredients and no ice cream maker needed. Does it get any easier? Nope.

Make this delicious Strawberry Sorbet with just 3 ingredients!

1 quart strawberries, stems cut off
5 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup water

Freeze strawberries for approx. 2 hours
Place strawberries and sugar into food processor.
Pulse until strawberries are broken up.
Add water and continue to pulse until you have a smooth purée.

Place purée into a container and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

Scoop and enjoy!

I love this recipe because it is just fruit and some sugar. No artificial colors, flavors or any of that junk. You can enjoy this and not feel guilty.
