One of my favorite summer dishes is caprese salad. I love how the flavors of the tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese go together. I added a new twist to this summer classic and made Caprese Salad Skewers.
These are perfect for a backyard BBQ. No need for utensils while eating these flavorful bites! I like mine with a little olive oil and salt. They are the perfect size for the perfect party.

Yuuuuuum! I made these for a summer party last year, and added black olives on some. I LOVE anything caprese.
